Working in a team with Paul Godfrey our Hiring Manager Customer Relations Senior Manager, the Customer Relations assistant will play a critical role in service delivery and improvement. You will be joining our small but enthusiastic, friendly and experienced team, who are committed to making positive change in how we deliver our service for our customers. 

 

  

 

Paul believes in delivering a first-class customer service, resolving customer issues and complaints informally wherever possible, taking an innovative and creative approach to resolving issues. Working with key stakeholders, our 3rd party suppliers and a professional team you will ensure efficient, consistent and effective resolution of customer issues and complaints and the have the opportunity to help create and improve the customer experience. 

 

 

A bit about you… 

 

Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our customers, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate. 

 

You'll be comfortable supporting the customer with complex issues, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders aiming to resolve issues quickly, avoiding customer detriment and driving positive change. You will be proficient in customer services, problem solving and communicating both verbally and in writing. 

 

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade. 

 

 

As an experienced complaints and customer service professional you’ll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
