A bit about the role...

Working in a team with Hiring Manager Chris Morrow, Pension Manager, and Jen Jones, Pension and Reward Advisor, the Senior Pension Administrator will play a critical role in the Pension and Reward Team. You will be joining our small but highly skilled/experienced team, who are committed to making continuous improvements and positive change to pension within Homes England.

Both Chris and Jen are dedicated in delivering a first-class customer service, resolving pension and reward queries with an innovative and creative approach.

Working with key stakeholders and a professional in-house pension and reward team you will ensure efficient, consistent and effective resolution of pension and reward matters. 

A bit about you…

You'll be comfortable supporting both the Pension Manager and the Pension and Reward Advisors with pensions issues and be the first point of call for all pension queries. A strong knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes is vital. 

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level, and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a Pension and Reward team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.

As an experienced HR professional, you’ll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
