Help build the National Housing Bank

The National Housing Bank (NHB) is a new government-backed financial institution, operating as a subsidiary of Homes England, established to unlock investment and accelerate housing delivery across England.

We're looking for two senior managers to support the establishment of a new Operational Reporting team delivering the day-to-day reporting needs of the National Housing Bank, one of the UK's most significant housing finance platforms.

Reporting to a Head of Team, you’ll work with NHB delivery and operational managers, to play a leading role in shaping the development and implementation of meaningful reporting, dashboards and MI for NHB delivery teams, empowering colleagues to better understand their delivery and take resulting action where needed.

About You

You'll bring significant experience in operational reporting, ideally with funding programme experience within the public or private sector.

Working for a team that aims to deliver first class customer service to our NHB stakeholders, you will be used to working collaboratively across a wide range of colleagues and always looking for ways to improve and innovate.

Most importantly, you'll be excited by the opportunity to help build something new.

Why Join?

Backed by £16bn of new financial capacity, alongside £6bn already committed this Parliament, the National Housing Bank represents one of the most significant housing and regeneration interventions in a generation.

This is a rare chance to help shape the future of the wider Investment Operations function in a fast growing, national institution with real social purpose.

Other National Housing Bank Opportunities

These roles form part of wider recruitment within the NHB’s Investment Operations team. Manager roles to support the Operational Reporting team will also be released shortly, which may be preferred dependent on experience and level of role responsibilities sought

Candidates may wish to explore the wider opportunities available and are welcome to apply for more than one role where appropriate.
