Working in the team with Michael our Lead Business Analyst, Ollie and Carol our Senior Business Analysts and our community of Business Analysts you will play a critical role in Digital Delivery. You will be joining our small but friendly team, which is committed to making positive changes for all our users. Michael believes in working in a Collaborative and flexible way to foster good decision-making and problem-solving within the team.

We are looking for an experienced business analyst to join our team to help us meet our ambitions of ensuring Homes England has a strong basic infrastructure supported by good governance; and our digital services are genuinely modern, agile and effective drivers in the housing market.
This is an exciting opportunity in our business analysis profession making a real difference in our Digital Delivery team. These are exciting times in Digital Delivery at Homes England. We have a clear vision - to develop digitally enabled systems and services that work more simply for users - and we’re looking for talented people to help us achieve it.
As an experienced Business Analyst, you will be confident working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. You’ll bring strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, challenge thinking and influence outcomes at all levels.
You will have experience working in agile environments, managing product backlogs and developing user stories, while also being comfortable working on projects using waterfall methodologies where required. You’ll be adaptable in your approach, able to switch between delivery styles and support different roles within the team when needed.
You’ll have a strong understanding of business processes and be confident identifying opportunities for improvement, translating complex problems into practical digital and non-digital solutions. Your analytical mindset will enable you to define clear problem statements, evaluate options and make recommendations that deliver real value.
You will also contribute to the wider business analysis community, sharing best practice and supporting the development of others.
