Working in a team with Portfolio Lead (currently ICP PMO Lead) and Head of Project Portfolio Management you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of a high-profile and complex strategic change programme. The Integrated Change Programme (ICP) is the largest initiative within a wider change portfolio which is supported by the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO).
The ICP has been designed to build organisational capability and capacity to enable Home England to act as a seamless entity across our people, systems and processes to deliver for our partners and meet the Government's ambitious targets of increasing housing supply, driving growth and regenerating places. You will be joining our talented and growing team who are committed to making positive change in how programmes are managed, and standards are consistently embedded.
This is a rare chance to shape the future of the Agency in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose. Working with key stakeholders and a professional PMO and delivery team you will ensure efficient, consistent and effective best practice approaches are deployed and will have the opportunity to help create tailored and proportional process solutions.
You'll be comfortable supporting the programme with complex and ambitious milestone targets, aiming to deliver tactical and strategic changes to the Agency’s target operating model. You will be proficient in project management support and control, and experienced working in a fast passed and flexible environment.
Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a PMO and delivery team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.
As an experienced project professional, you’ll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
