Working in the Programme Management Team within the Affordable Housing Grants Team, the Analyst - Reporting will play a key role by supporting programme reporting, data, and management information. You will work closely with the reporting and programme management team, ensuring consistency, alignment, and cover across reporting functions. This role will support the production of professional reports for programme management and oversight of delivery performance of affordable housing programmes.
This is an exciting time to work in Affordable Housing at Homes England following the recent Spending Review announcement of a 10 year £39bn Social and Affordable Homes Programme (SAHP). You’ll be joining a friendly, experienced team who are committed to making a positive impact through the delivery of the current AHP and the new SAHP.
We’re looking for an analyst with excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, adaptable approach.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Affordable Housing Grants Team to contribute to high-quality programme reporting. We value collaboration, diverse perspectives, and inclusive ways of working that support colleague learning and career development.
You have a strong interest in data and reporting and have experience of working with data and responding to queries that require data analysis. You enjoy collaborating and have excellent communication skills. You are proactive and able to adapt well to change and competing priorities.
