Working directly with the Director Affordable Housing and across all of the Affordable Housing Grantas team the Programme Manager will play a critical role in ensuring our digital and operational processes align with the organisation. You will be joining our enthusiastic and talented who are committed to making positive change to support the delivery of thousands of new social and affordable homes. 

This is a rare chance to shape the future social and affordable housing supply in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose. Working with key stakeholders and a professional team you will ensure have the opportunity to help feed in to the structures and processes that will really have a positive impact on delivery. 

The role will support the design and delivery of key strategic projects around social and affordable housing. There are some exciting and ambitious projects to get involved with and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day delivery whilst bringing innovative solutions.  

A bit about you… 

Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders on, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate. 

You'll be comfortable supporting the team with complex delivery and organisational issues. 

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as an delivery team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade. You’ll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
