Working in a team with Holly Taylor our Senior Manager – Provider Onboarding, the “Manager – Provider Onboarding” role will play a critical part in delivering first line assurance and partner onboarding for all Affordable Housing programmes. You will be joining our small friendly and enthusiastic team of five, who are committed to making positive changes in supporting key due diligence processes and working collaboratively with teams across Homes England.

Working with key stakeholders and a professional Provider Services team you will ensure efficient, consistent, and effective resolution of provider enquiries and help create a first-class onboarding service for Affordable Housing providers.
The role will support the design and delivery of key projects around Investment Partner Qualification and Know Your Customer. There are some exciting projects to get involved with and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day delivery whilst bringing innovative solutions to the Provider Services Onboarding processes.
Whilst our day job is to deliver high quality and consistent service to our stakeholders engaging with Provider Onboarding, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and can work to tight deadlines whilst being methodical with good attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, you will always be looking for ways to improve performance and innovate.
You'll be comfortable supporting the Provider Onboarding team in resolving complex onboarding issues, aiming to deliver a professional onboarding service to our Affordable Housing providers and wider Affordable Housing team. Ensuring a timely, accurate and efficient response to Investment Partner and Know Your Customer applications.
Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will have excellent oral and written communication and reporting skills and be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a Provider Onboarding team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun, and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.
