As the Government’s housing and regeneration agency, we exist to work with partners to support them in tackling housing challenges and enabling the delivery of new homes. The Data and Analytics Directorate plays a crucial role in this mission, providing the data, insights, and intelligence necessary to ensure the agency's efficiency and success in delivering existing business while generating new opportunities.
Our core mission is to empower the agency through robust data strategies and insightful analytics, helping to deliver on Homes England's strategic plan.
We are currently undertaking an ambitious data programme aimed at centralising our data onto an Azure data platform. This initiative involves close collaboration with data architects and data engineers to create a system that enables more efficient, scalable, re-usable, automated, and sustainable use of data.

As a Senior Data Analyst you will both oversee and actively participate in the analysis and interpretation of complex data to support decision-making and strategy development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear, data-driven recommendations, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data processes. You will be responsible for enhancing data processes, ensuring accuracy, and implementing best practices in data analysis and visualisation.
You are a forward-thinking and innovative Senior Data Analyst, capable of driving data analysis and reporting initiatives that enhance data-driven decision-making across the organisation. With a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of data analysis, visualisation, and architecture, you leverage your ability to deliver impactful insights and solutions.
You have experience managing a diverse range of stakeholders, and you excel at translating complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
You are resilient and adept at managing change, with the determination to see projects through to completion, even when faced with challenges. You view setbacks as opportunities to learn and continuously improve your work.
You have a proven track record of delivering successful data analysis initiatives that align with broader organisational strategies. Your collaborative approach allows you to work effectively with teams across the business, and you are skilled at managing expectations while fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.

Homes England are a geographically diverse community. We work to a 50/50 office/ home based model. Moving back into our office environments has enabled us to utilise our space and time together in the most collaborative way.
