Working in a team with the Assistant Director for Sponsorship, Government and Parliament and Head of Sponsorship, Government and Parliament, the Senior Manager will play a critical role in delivering activity to support public scrutiny of Homes England.
In addition, you will lead a programme of engagement with key parliamentary and arm's-length body stakeholders to support the government's housing and regeneration ambitions. You will be joining our small but talented team who are committed to making positive change in how the Agency engages across government and parliament.

The role will support the design and delivery of key strategic engagement strategies, balancing day to day delivery whilst bringing forward innovative engagement approaches.
You'll be comfortable supporting the Assistant Director and Head of with complex public scrutiny activities, aiming to fulfil Homes England's responsibilities to government and parliament. You will have considerable knowledge of the current political landscape and be proficient in delivering high-quality outputs at pace.

As an experienced public affairs or governance professional you’ll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
