Working in a team with the Head of Risk for Lending Products and partner directorates which the job supports, the Manager – Lending Products will play a critical role in ensuring the Lending Products Risk Team deliver high quality assurance, challenge and maintenance of standards across Homes England. You will be joining our small but highly experienced team, who are committed to making positive change by identifying and mitigating risk to allow Homes England to provide funding to developers tackling England’s housing gap.

Working with key stakeholders you will ensure efficient, consistent and effective risk review and challenge to a variety of lending propositions from £500k to £50m to help Homes England deliver on the ambitious objectives Government has set it to help address the Housing Crisis. Homes England has been entrusted with significant increased funding and responsibility as part of the June 2025 Spending Review, and its an exciting and pivotal time in Homes England’s journey.
You'll be comfortable working across multiple workstreams and be able to use your stakeholder and project management skills to quickly adapt to a variety of projects and tasks.
