Working in a team with Mandy Kaur Sandhu Head of Contract and Supplier Management and her team, the Senior Manager Commercial (Procurement Lead) will play a critical role in leading the re-procurement of the Mortgage Administrator Service outsource working closely with our Transformation team. You will also support management of the existing service provider. You will be joining our small but highly skilled team, who are committed to making positive change in driving a customer centric service.

The role will support the design and delivery of key strategic projects around the delivery of Help to Buy. There are some exciting projects to get involved with and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day delivery whilst bringing innovative solutions to the Help to Buy service.
Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders on Help to Buy, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.
You'll be comfortable working on a strategic procurement as the business lead on the Mortgage Administration Service, aiming to deliver the future transformation of the service whilst balancing current service delivery management needs. You will be proficient in strategic procurement, supplier management and commercial management.
Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as an Contract and Supplier Management team. You will enjoy working in an innovative and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.
As an experienced commercial professional you’ll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
